Specialty Planning:

As elaborate as you'd need in helping with vendor selection, to full day of coordination services, wedding & event planning options encompass a wide range of specialty services to help ease the stress of planning your special day & can be customized to best fit your needs. 

Designing:

Let us help you bring all your ideas to life! From the floor layouts, linens samples and centerpiece mock-ups, we can determine just the right look you are going for & how to achieve it without breaking your budget. 

Rentals

Rentals help provide a cost effective approach to getting the look you desire without the upfront cost of the effort in having to resell items after your wedding. 

Some rentals include: linens, chair covers, runners, vases, silk flowers, fabric, lighting, cake stands, and more. To view a full list of our rentals, click the "Rentals" tab at the top of the page. 

Decoration & Set Up Services

From the entire venue to the church and more, we have you covered. Let our staff decorate using our rental product, or we can use your own personal items and even a combination of the two, to transform the area of your choice. Need help with only one portion of your wedding or event? That is fine too. Prices are customized to help with any area you need most. 

Customized Ceiling, Wall & Backdrop Treatments

With the amount of detail, length of time and knowledge we know and feel it takes to offer the best quality decorations, these particular items will only be offered with setup services. "Rental only" is not available for these times. 

Coordination Services

Day of Coordination:

This service is available to help from the start of the ceremony until the dance starts! With our qualified team of trained wedding coordinators we take the stress off your family or friends so they may enjoy your special day with you. 

Partial Coordination:

This is a coordination service let's us provide assistance in the area you need the most. Need help at just the ceremony or that tricky outdoor wedding? Or do you just need help at your reception? You pick the area & we will be there to help make it all run smoothly. 

Custom Coordination: 

This is a new one we have added to our coordination services that provides assistance with last min details before or during your wedding & event. It's a mini version of our partial coordination services that is tailored specifically to what you might need. For example it could be helping to get the venue ready for guest arrival only. Or helping coordinate at an event for a couple of hours. This options is to let us fill in the gaps where you might need a little bit of help without having to ask family or friends. 

All services above are offered individually. You are not required to do all, just pick what you need and let us help create the wedding or event of your dreams. 

Inquires regarding fresh or silk floral decorations, centerpieces, or bridal flowers are welcome. We work in conjunction with our sister store, Chestnut Street Floral to provide a seamless & stress free experience.
